You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for cancellations may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact timing of the refund depends on your payment provider's policies. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Any discounts or promotions applied to your original order will be proportionally deducted from your refund amount. For items purchased as part of a bundle or special offer, the refund value will be calculated based on the proportional value of the returned item within the original bundle price.

Some payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as they may be holding the funds pending final confirmation.
If after contacting your financial institution you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team with details of your original purchase and return. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation and provide you with a resolution.
